• How does the Neurothinking Resilience Program work?

The Neurothinking Resilience Course consists of six programs that you work through at your own pace. These programs are:

    1. Managing Stress: how to manage chronic stress effectively or even eliminate it altogether
    2. Boosting Willpower: how to conserve your willpower so it’s there when you really need it
    3. Know Your Self: learn how to work with your brain’s natural hardwiring to get the best results
    4. Creativity: how to find new solutions to new challenges
    5. Habits: how to eliminate bad habits that hold you back and create positive new ones
    6. The 7 Golden Rules of Change: guidelines that help you successfully make big changes.

The program is brief and to the point, and it is practical, so you can start work immediately on building your resilience to deal with the situation now, and whatever you encounter in the future.

  • Is it a big time commitment?

There are six Programs in this Course. Each program is brief and to the point, and focuses on practical things you can do to build your resilience. There are 24 sessions in total, and you can work through each of these sessions in 15 minutes or less. But it is important to understand that the more you practice the exercises and tools, the more effective they will be. That's why it's best not to rush through the programs, but rather take the time to practice using the tools until they start to come naturally to you.

  • How do I know the program will work for me?

Neuroscience has taught us a lot about how the human brain works, and why it is so hard to change the way you behave and think even when you are highly motivated. The Neurothinking Resilience Course has been designed to work with the hardwiring of your brain to help you make the changes you want to make, whether that's learning a more constructive response to chronic stress, conserving your willpower so you have enough when you really need it, finding creative new ways to deal with life's challenges, how to eliminate bad habits that are holding you back, or how to successfully develop positive new habits that will get you where you want to be.
